Fès to the Middle Atlas, because houses and camps are never just addresses. You need to know which track floods, who keeps the spare key, and which family cooks when the cook is away.

Something you talk people out of?

Booking the most beautiful house without asking who will meet them at the door. Arrival is part of the stay. If it is vague, the whole night starts badly.

The best hour on any of your routes?

Just after breakfast in a quiet courtyard, before the driver arrives, when people finally understand why we left that morning empty.

What would you change about the company?

I would make every note include the small human detail: who answers fast, who prefers WhatsApp, who needs a call before sunset.
